TradeWithOz is the educational and research website of Ozenc OZBAY, based in Dubai, UAE. For questions about your information, email info@tradewithoz.com. This notice covers tradewithoz.com; external platforms have their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security. Serving a page requires technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time. Cloudflare may process network and security logs to operate and protect the service.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and measures page loading performance in aggregate. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not create a visitor identifier.

This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

If you choose to allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are useful and which community or contact links visitors select. The website sends page paths and predefined event labels. Its analytics implementation omits URL query strings, fragments, message contents, email addresses and phone numbers.

Analytics uses cookie identifiers and technical information about your device, browser and visit. Requests to Google also involve technical network information. We use this measurement to improve the website; Google Signals, advertising personalisation and User-ID tracking are disabled.

Google processes analytics information under its service terms and privacy arrangements, which may involve processing outside your country. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can use the website with analytics declined. Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. Open Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice, including withdrawing consent.

Consent preference

A first-party browser storage entry remembers your choice for 180 days. It records the choice and when it was made, rather than a visitor identifier. If browser storage cannot save a refusal, a first-party cookie (twoz_analytics_denied) can remember that refusal for the same period.

Appearance preference

The light/dark switch stores only your chosen theme in this browser until you clear site storage. It does not identify you or enable analytics. Without a saved choice, the website follows your device theme. If browser storage is unavailable, the switch still works on the current page.

Analytics cookies

If allowed, Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) have a configured lifetime of 90 days.

Analytics retention

User-level and event-level data retention is set to two months. Aggregated standard reports can remain available for longer.

Withdrawing consent stops further website analytics collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies. It does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser; the website will then ask for your choice again.

Programme contact buttons prepare a message in your email app. You choose whether to send it. Selecting a contact link does not itself create an application record, send a message or enrol you in a programme.

Earlier website-form enquiries are retained in Cloudflare KV for follow-up and recordkeeping, including the name, email address, programme, reference, submission time and any optional message or learning format provided. Separate notification records help us resolve sending failures; Zoho Mail handles owner notifications and correspondence. No automatic deletion period is currently configured for those application records.

The earlier form service uses a 24-hour hash of submitted fields for duplicate handling and a network-derived hash for up to two minutes to limit repeated requests. These form records do not store the raw IP address. Application contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Existing enquiry and interest records are not automatically removed when contact options change.

You can withdraw an enquiry or request correction or deletion by emailing info@tradewithoz.com. Email correspondence may be retained as needed for follow-up and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

If you email us, we receive the address, name and information you choose to include. Email is handled through Zoho Mail. We use messages to respond to your enquiry and keep the context needed for follow-up. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You can enquire by email. Private coaching may include WhatsApp support during agreed availability; access details are shared with enrolled participants. WhatsApp handles those support messages under its own privacy policy. Direct conversations do not automatically become website application records. Only share the information needed for an educational review, and remove account identifiers or unrelated personal details from charts and trade records.

The programme cards use direct contact links rather than application forms. The website has no customer accounts or payment collection. Never send broker logins, passwords, API keys, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive financial information. See Zoho’s privacy policy for information about its email service.

Social and community links take you to platforms such as YouTube, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Those services handle your activity under their own policies. Videos on this site are linked rather than automatically embedded.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with the service providers described above to deliver the website, respond to requested programme enquiries, handle correspondence and provide analytics when allowed. Provider processing may take place outside your country. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

You can ask about information you have shared with us, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@tradewithoz.com. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information before responding.

Analytics cookie identifiers do not identify you by name in our reports. If a request concerns analytics, let us know the relevant browser and visit context without sharing sensitive information. Requests are handled according to applicable law and the information we can reasonably identify.

We will update this page when the website’s data handling changes. A future paid programme or new tracking tool would require an updated notice before it is introduced. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
